Terms of Use
GENERAL
Deliblossoms eshop is the first official online store selling products via the internet, created by the company under the commercial name KAPANTZAKIS P.C., with registered office in Ilioupoli Thessaloniki (Makrygianni street Ramification Evosmos Medical Facility) and it is legally represented (hereinafter referred to Deliblossoms).
The eshop operation is governed by the special terms herein as well as by the www.deliblossoms.gr general terms. In case of conflict, the special terms shall prevail over the general terms.
Users must read carefully and comply with the eshop’s terms of use. Deliblossoms deems that, before visiting the eshop, users are aware of the terms herein, as in effect, and that they have accepted them unreservedly. The use of the eshop implies unconditional acceptance of the Terms and if a user does not agree partially or totally with the present terms, he/she must not use it. In any case, prior to completing an order, all terms must be agreed upon, otherwise the order cannot be submitted.
USE OF THE ONLINE SHOP
The eshop may be used by any natural person being able for legal transaction who is over 18 years old.
To make use of the eshop, the user must create a web account, according to the terms and conditions included in the terms and conditions at www.deliblossoms.gr.
t is noted that even without a web account, a user may freely browse the eshop, but upon selection of products and placing an order, he/she will be asked to create a web account.
Upon starting using the eshop, the user will be asked to fill the ZIP code of the area for delivery, in order to check if that address is served by Deliblossoms’ store. In case it is not, the user will be notified prior to entering the order. The stores and service areas are defined by Deliblossoms according to its absolute discretion, therefore a region may not be served by Deliblossom.
In any case, prior to completing an order, the user must enter the address for delivery of products.
Each user is exclusively responsible for the info stated, which must be real and accurate. In case Deliblossoms finds out that the info entered is not valid, it may cancel the registration of that user.
PRODUCTS / PRICES
Deliblossoms guarantees the quality, completeness and validity of the info indicated, both in terms of the eshop identity as well as in terms of the provided products. In specific, Deliblossoms, as a saler of these products, has all the legal rights and obligations, however the responsibility for defective products and/or info concerning merchandise and written on the packaging against the end consumer is borne by the producer / supplier of the products. Within the limits of its own responsibility, Deliblossoms meets the specifications of proper storage, maintenance and trasport to the recipient.
Products are shown to the customer via photos that the user may zoom in so that he/she receives all necessary info concerning the product, which must be mentioned on the packaging based on the existing legislation. It is noted that the images are updated regulalrly, but the info concerning the production/packaging, expiration date or info indicating prices / cost or indication that change are those in effect at the time the image was taken and may be different.
Deliblossoms guarantees that the products delivered to the customer will have the usual duration based on the existing legislation, the proper practice and business morals. Deliblossoms guarantees that all products available in the eshop are safe and suitable for consumption and that all hygiene and safety regulations throughout all steps have been met by Deliblossoms (production, storage, transport etc.).
Deliblossoms has received the respective warranties from its suppliers, who bear the responsibility against the end user.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
The delivery of products in Greece is undertaken by Deliblossoms at the address indicated by the user. There is no extra charge for product delivery services. In case of order abroad, the customer shall bear the transport cost.
ORDER PROCEDURE
The user selects the products he is interested in among those available in Deliblossom’ eshop. The selection of products is in any case the user’s choice. Delivery of any order placement receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order, which depends on the availability and stock.
During selection of products, the estimated total cost of each product will be displayed according to the desired quantity and the total products checked. Upon completion of the order, the total estimated amount shall be indicated. After the order is complete, the user will receive an information message with the order info and the payment means selected in his/her email.
The user/customer, upon reception of the order, must check that all products are there, as it may have been modified due to replacements, according to the aforementioned. In case some ordered products have not been delivered, the customer must inform the company immediately and ask for the return of those products. Their reception will be performed by Deliblossoms.
ORDER MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION
The user may proceed to modify or cancel the eshop order by following the specific indications. It is noted that any modification or cancellation of the order may be performed within six (6) working hours since the following day. (working hours are deemed from 07.00 to 18.00 except for Sundays).
In any case, the user may contact Deliblossoms’ customer care for information concerning the possibility of cancellation or modification of the order.

DELIVERY / RECEPTION OF PRODUCTS
The user/customer, upon reception of the order, must check the order delivered.
FINAL TERMS
The whole content of the eshop, including images, graphs, photos, drawings, texts, services provided and products of Deliblossoms are Deliblossoms’ intellectual property and they are protected according to the existing provisions of the Greek and European law. Any copy, distribution, transfer, modification of the content herein aiming to directly or indirectly mislead consumers and/or damage Delibolossoms’ fame is strictly forbidden.
The names, images, logos and distinctive marks representing products and / or services of third parties are exclusive trademarks of the third parties, protected by the existing legislation. Their appearance in the eshop may not be deemed in any case as transfer or licensing and authorisation for use.
Under no circumstances shall the user disclose personal data even when receiving an email that may originate from Deliblossoms, asking for info and access code. In such cases, it seems it is a fraud so that third parties steal your personal info. If you receive such an email, please contact Deliblossoms immediately.
Deliblossoms keeps a record of the shop’s users / customers. his info has been stated by them willingly and aim to support, promote and execute the transaction. Recipients of this info may be third-party natural or legal persons exclusively for promotion of products and/or services of Deliblossoms or for market research purposes on behalf of Deliblossoms, who will acts in its name. Each user of Deliblossoms’ eshop is entitled to information and/or opposition of further process of his/her info based on the terms of articles 11-13 of the Law 2472/1997 as in effect. CAUTION, Deliblossoms has no responsibility against the user in case the latter has disclosed personal data to third parties, natural or legal person, via hyperlink with the website ofthe third party via our eshop.
Deliblossoms may exercice every legal right in case of violation of the aforementioned.
The terms herein are governed by the Greek and Community Legislation. For each issue concerning them, the Courts of Thessaloniki shall have the jurisdiction for resolution.
