The user may claim a product return either because it was not the one ordered or the product that replaced something else does not meet the user’s requirements.
In any case, in order to return a product, its packaging must be intact and not tampered. It is noted that fresh products may be returned exclusively on the same day the order was placed.

The reception of products is carried out by Deliblossoms representatives and upon its responsibility.
RETURN OF ALTERED PRODUCTS/ RED BAG PROCEDURE
In case there is any alteration to any product, the user / customer may call Deliblossoms’ customer care. The reception of altered products may be carried out by Deliblossoms. In addition, in case of altered products’ return, the user may asked for the products to be replaced or the money to be returned.
